Located approximately 3 blocks from the Stratford Inn, The Varsity theatre specializes in independent films as well as showing all films entered in the annual Ashland Film Festival. The Ashland St. Cinema is found about 1.5 miles from the Stratford Inn, and features more mainstream, popular Hollywood releases.
